SPR# WPAS6FTDRX - Only up to 64K used to be allocated to display a CA list, which is not enough. Going from HANDLE to MEMHANDLE extended memory to be allocated so we can display the whole CA list.

This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# WPAS6FTDRX and was
fixed in Notes/Domino 7.0.2.

SPR# WPAS6FTDRX - Only up to 64K used to be allocated to display a CA list,

allocated so we can display the whole CA list.
Refer to the Upgrade Central site for details on upgrading Notes/Domino.
To work around the issue in previous versions, use one of the following methods:
Reduce the total number of certifier documents to a maximum of 2,415 documents,
which appears to be the limitation at this time.
Use a 5.x Administrator client. In 5.x, you are allowed to type the new
certifier manually and avoid the issue. More >
